About The Plate Tectonics Organization

This website is the online home of a scholastic Plate Tectonics Club started off by a few dedicated students. Although we come from seperate schools and even countries, we all have found each other because of our fascination of the study of plate tectonics.

Each of us has a favorite sub-feild of plate tectonics, such as volcanoes, faults, earthquakes and the simple movements of the Earth's plates themselves.

So we banded together to form the first International scholastic organization, "the Plate Tectonics Club." It is intended to provide resources for those who are interested in studying Plate Tectonics and
it introduces the concept of plate tectonics to those who may be learning about it for the first time.
